Warranty Work Request

Northlander Industries thoroughly tests and inspects each unit prior to shipment. Occasionally, defects pass unnoticed through the inspection process. Your satisfaction is important to us.

In co-ordination with the selling dealer, we will remedy warranty issues as soon as possible.

Northlander is not responsible for defects or deficiencies that occurred as a result of on-site work, and wear and tear.

Since the majority of our units are custom built, we require specific detailed descriptions of the defect(s) to enable us to have the necessary materials and time allotment to remedy the issue(s) in one visit.
